Remote control and remote support
Sometimes it is necessary for us to connect directly to your system in order to analyze problems, make settings or jointly check an application. We prefer to use Microsoft Teams for this. Teams not only allows us to do video conferencing and screen sharing, but also secure and easy remote control – without any additional software installation.
Our preferred solution: Microsoft Teams
Through Microsoft Teams, we can view your screen together, share files, and – if you share it – also take control. This gives you fast support without having to make complicated preparations. All you need is a stable internet connection and the meeting link we send. With just a few clicks, you’ll be connected and our support team can help you directly.
Your advantage
Remote support saves time and costs by eliminating the need for an on-site technician. Errors can be fixed immediately, system settings can be adjusted and updates can be implemented more quickly. In addition, we work with high security standards, such as end-to-end encryption and two-factor authentication, to protect your data and systems in the best possible way.
A little etiquette for remote support
- Preparation: Keep relevant credentials or documents handy.
- Safety: Only release control if you have clearly identified the supporter.
- Communication: Stay available during the session and address questions directly.
- Transparency: Watch the steps on your screen to see what’s happening at any time.
- Follow-up: Make a note of important changes or agreed to-dos after the session.
With these simple rules, we work together to ensure that remote support is efficient, secure and transparent.
