Sometimes it is necessary for us to connect directly to your system to analyze problems,
settings or jointly check an application.
We prefer to use Microsoft Teams for this.
Teams not only allows us to do video conferencing and screen sharing,
but also a safe and simple remote control – without any additional software installation.

Our preferred solution: Microsoft Teams

Through Microsoft Teams, we can view your screen together, share files, and — if you share it —
also take control. This gives you fast support without having to make complicated preparations.
All you need is a stable internet connection and the meeting link we send.
With just a few clicks, you’ll be connected and our support team can help you directly.

Use of TeamViewer in exceptional cases

In special situations where Microsoft Teams cannot be used,
we continue to use TeamViewer .
TeamViewer also allows us to securely access your desktop –
without you having to perform an installation or require administrator rights.
For the connection, it is sufficient to start the TeamViewer file
and provide us with the ID and password displayed.
