We remotely access your computer’s desktop with TeamViewer’s remote software. To do this, you need at least a 3G Internet connection (or better).
With TeamViewer remote control, we support you remotely. This means that we can help you quickly and easily, even if we are not on site personally. No installation or administrator privileges are required.

Simply download, open and tell your supporter the displayed ID and password.
