What was the original idea behind the founding of the company?
“The idea arose from a very practical problem: We saw how complex and inefficient communication is in many SAP systems. Our vision was to create a platform that radically simplifies digital communication and helps companies work more efficiently. This vision still drives us today.”
What big goals do you want to achieve with your company in the next five years?
“Our goal is to become the leading provider of digital communication solutions in SAP. Not only do we want to double the number of companies using our platform, but we also want to introduce new innovations such as AI-based automations to deliver even more value to our customers.”

What core values guide your company in decision-making and day-to-day business?
“Innovation, customer satisfaction and sustainability. For us, innovation means constantly developing new, better solutions. Customer satisfaction is our benchmark – if our customers are successful, so are we. And sustainability means that we think long-term in everything we do, be it in our products or in our use of resources.”
How do you promote the corporate culture so that it aligns with these values?

It’s incredibly fulfilling to see how our solutions help companies become more efficient and modern. At the same time, I love the challenges that this role brings – it keeps me alert and creative.”
Were there any key moments that shaped you and the company?
“A key moment was when we successfully completed our first major customer project. It was the moment when we realized that our vision is not just theory, but really creates added value. This has given us a huge boost and strengthened our focus on quality and customer success.”
