Our meeting platforms

  • Microsoft Teams – Standard solution for support sessions, presentations, and project coordination.
  • Cisco Webex – we use it when the platform is provided by our customers.
  • TeamViewer – is only used in exceptional cases, for example when no other solution is possible.

Getting started with a meeting is easy: You will receive an invitation from us by e-mail with all relevant access data
and a direct link. One click is all it takes and you can participate immediately. For Teams and Webex meetings,
usually no installation necessary – joining works via the browser or the respective app.

Screen sharing and collaboration

During the sessions, you can share content, invite colleagues and clarify questions directly.
Collaborating on documents, conducting demos, or analyzing complex support cases
becomes efficient and transparent.
